When Kerry is not working, she is busy on her lifestyle block attending to her and her partners many animals, attacking the garden or socializing with their friends.

Jack Pringle

Jane Moody
Lifestyle and Residential Specialist

Jane has worked for Bayleys Rangiora since 2008 and previously worked for another real estate company for four years. In selling residential, rural and lifestyle properties, Jane draws on her Bachelor of Agriculture degree from Lincoln, and personal experience in both buying and selling, in these markets.

Jane brings a wealth of life experience to her real estate career. Previously employed by Lincoln College’s Animal Sciences Department, and the New Zealand Wool Board, Jane also spent eight years in banking. “The crossover from banking to real estate, gives me a full understanding of the importance of trustworthiness and confidentiality, when dealing with the sale and purchase of people’s homes-probably the biggest investment they will ever make. It is exciting to help people achieve their dreams”.
